Interesting piece of art. it has a background, multiple characters and a nice effect. Main thing that is bothering me in the anatomy. I know this is cartoon and all, but even the most basic cartoons usually stick to a few basic rules.

Legs are not straight lines. Pants fold, legs curve. Try to view your own leg as a reference. And your own pants. The arms are off as well. They're curving too much and don't appear to have an elbow. The forearm also appears to be too short compared to the upper arm. This applies to both of them. I think you should think about how they are the same length, hands not included. The hand should rest on your thigh when the arm is unfolded. These seem to do so, and that's good.

The head is jutting to far out. I know he is upset but throwing your head that far out is a little ridiculous. The expression is nice though, eyes are a little flat, but it's manga soo, hard to critique. I have the same problem with the hair, maybe you are following a certain manga hair style. If not, hair usually curves around the head and twists even when it's straight.

Not sure if hair is covering ear or not but it's good to include one! Coloring is nice, very flat, but it can be challenging with mouse, so I'll cut you some slack. Spooky background has some great colors (:
